Happiness Booster
The day is going flat and there's no something interesting. That means we need to do something that can cheer us up again. So, what do you usually do?
1. Eating as you like!
Yes, eating! But remember to not do this every time you feel bored. We all do not want to be overweight right?
2. Pretend that you are really happy that day
I know it's weird, but it always works to me. If I pretend that I'm happy that day and happiness just come along. So, do it!
3. Make over your room
It's time to change your room! Paint the wall with attractive color, move your bed, move your cupboard, change the bed cover, and others. Make your room totally change! New room, new spirit!
4. Future is fun
Imagine something fun and happy. Imagine your happy and fun future. Maybe you can write it down and make that happen fo your future.
